Inalienable Rights!
The Ohio Statehouse was completed in 1861. Of Greek Revival architecture, it is one of the oldest working statehouses in the U.S.

Statehouse views

The Rotunda's floor is made from nearly 5000 pieces of marble from all over the world. The star pattern has 32 points, the number of states in the U.S. when the floor was installed in 1858.

The 2012 Division II State Champions Toledo Central Catholic (14-1) football team toured the Statehouse before they were invited to the House floor to be recognized for their achievement.
They defeated Trotwood-Madison (12-3) with a score of 16-12 to win the title.
